Heather is the Chief Experience Officer at RB Oppenheim Associates. Leading with passion, creativity, and a smile, Heather is an artful communicator and skillful collaborator with a serious love for bringing ideas to life. From large-scale event production and media planning to creative implementation of traditional, digital, and social strategy, Heather has a keen and caring eye for how the smallest details relate to the bigger picture. A talented marketer with 28 years experience, Heather has enjoyed a career that spans restaurant and hospitality, home repair and improvement, automobile, printing, and luxury vacation property, as well as nonprofit, association, and small business B2B and B2C marketing.

Before joining RBOA, Heather spent 15 years as regional marketing director for a national restaurant franchise of 33 restaurants across 5 states, and 10 years as founder/CEO of a Tallahassee-based marketing agency. Heather lives by the adage “Do Whatever It Takes” – and brings that mindset to RBOA clients’ business every day. She thrives best by flexing her creative muscle to apply fresh thinking to business challenges and create solutions that grow exceptional brands. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Communication and English from Florida State University. In her personal time, you’ll find her planning her next global travel adventure, learning, reading, volunteering with civic organizations, and socializing with friends and family.
