One of the most rewarding projects we worked on in 2024 was the website redesign of the DISC Village website. Migrating their content to a more user-friendly content management system was a huge benefit to streamlining their content publishing process and greatly improved their search engine results. The new website included a dynamic Naloxone map locator as well as the new video we produced to create public awareness of Narcan.

Dentist Takeover of the Florida Dental Association Instagram at the Florida Dental Convention.
This was a new concept for our team. While we have attended and helped cover the conference in person, this was the first time we worked with a member of the FDA to collect videos, edit on the fly, and “live” post to highlight events and courses at the conference. I loved working with Dr. ArNelle Wright and the team at the FDA to create fun and exciting content that performed well. These videos helped solidify RBOA’s thoughts on using real people in the content we create for our clients.

User-generated content (UGC) videos are a powerful tool for creating authentic, relatable connections between parents. When it comes to promoting Help Me Grow Florida, these mom-to-mom videos offer a heartfelt way to share the importance of developmental milestones and the peace of mind that comes with connecting with child development experts.
Who better to share this life-changing resource than a parent who understands the hopes, dreams, and worries we all have for our children? These real-life stories resonate deeply, building trust and fostering a sense of community that can’t be matched by traditional commercials.
Authentic UGC not only captures attention but also drives action, leading to thousands of website clicks and parents seeking more information. By highlighting the transformative benefits of Help Me Grow Florida, these videos inspire families to take the first step toward ensuring their child’s growth and success.
Erica Thaler – Chief Marketing Officer
The Florida Developmental Disabilities Council (FDDC) created a heartfelt, meaningful campaign to share the experiences of Floridians living with intellectual/developmental disabilities and those who care for them. Through this powerful video series, “Our Care Matters,” the FDDC engaged decision-makers, weaving together real stories that underscore the significance of understanding, empathy, and meaningful change.
Our talented team created incredible videos to tell these profound stories – please watch!

Florida Dental Association Services client spotlights.
Our team knows that client testimonial content performs highly for the dental group, so that is why we created this content and content pillar. I really like posting these because they encourage high engagement, show the value of the FDAS brand, and demonstrate that FDAS sees and knows their clients and cares about spotlighting them and their hard work on things such as dental school graduation, practice ownership, etc.

When creating content for the Florida Mine Safety Program (FMSP), I knew we needed to move beyond the usual audience and reach more miners, safety officials, and the broader Florida community—their families, friends, and others who had the potential to care about mining safety.
That’s why I launched the Mining History series, starting with Black Mining History during Black History Month. The goal? Create posts that are (1) scroll-stopping, (2) shareable, (3) entertaining, and (4) informative—who doesn’t love a little history?
The response has been incredible—thousands of likes, hundreds of shares, and a surge of new followers who discovered FMSP through their interest in mining history. By focusing on pivotal moments, like mining accidents that led to today’s safety programs, we’ve not only grown the audience but also highlighted the importance of FMSP’s mission in a way that really resonates.

The “Ask the Pig” video series is a fun way for Piggly Wiggly Food for Less Stores to connect with customers by featuring employees answering a variety of questions. It adds personality and humor, making shopping feel more personal and community-focused. Each video feels like a casual, fun conversation with the people who make Piggly Wiggly a unique and welcoming place to shop.
AnnaGrace Brackin – Account Coordinator
Filming and editing hotline counselor videos for 211 Big Bend was an inspiring and fulfilling experience. It was a privilege to help highlight the essential services they provide to individuals in need across the Big Bend community. Collaborating on a project that raises awareness and connects people to critical resources felt deeply meaningful. Knowing that our work contributed to their mission of providing support and hope during challenging times makes this project especially memorable. I’m truly honored to have been part of something with such a direct and positive impact on our community.
