Florida Redevelopment Association
Looking for ways to increase membership value and improve internal and external communication processes, the Florida Redevelopment Association (FRA) retained RBOA to identify and execute digital communication strategies that would meet the needs of an active, growing association.
RBOA launched a series of digital initiatives for FRA that included social media development and engagement; a member video series; a monthly e-newsletter and a fully integrated website redesign with blog, video, and social media functions, a robust content management system (CMS) and an internal, “members-only” social network.
